Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the Fossil Group team! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a Fossil store and leading a team of sales associates. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals and managing staff.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and leadership skills, be highly organized and have a strong focus on achieving sales and profitability goals. Additionally, you should be able to motivate and inspire your team to meet their goals and collaborate with other departments to ensure the store runs efficiently.If you have a passion for fashion and retail, combined with the ability to effectively manage a team, we would love to hear from you!
