  1. Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance, including sales, inventory, and expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
  6. Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company goals and initiatives.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure product availability.
  9. Create and maintain schedules for store staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  10. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and make informed buying decisions.
  11. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for store employees.
  12. Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the store and develop action plans to address them.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Management Experience: A Successful Store Manager At Fossil Group Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fashion Or Accessories Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Store Operations, Managing A Team, And Driving Sales.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Store Manager At Fossil Group Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates. They Should Also Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Handle Conflicts In A Professional Manner.

  • Sales And Customer Service Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Delivering Exceptional Customer Service. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process, Including Product Knowledge, Upselling Techniques, And Closing Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: A Store Manager Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, As Well As With Customers And Upper Management. They Should Also Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Visual Merchandising: The Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory Levels, Ensuring Stock Availability, And Implementing Visual Merchandising Strategies To Drive Sales.
