3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional products and accessories.
5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Proactively seek out and follow up with potential leads and customers.
10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team culture.
12. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising products.
13. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
15. Represent the Fossil brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
