1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling their needs and preferences.
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Fossil Group brand and products to educate and assist customers.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
7. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide styling recommendations to customers.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a loyal customer base.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
11. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of products, sales techniques, and company policies.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety and security measures.
13. Represent the Fossil Group brand with enthusiasm and passion, both in-store and at external events.
14. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
15. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and store operations.
