- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and personalization strategy for Fossil Group, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to identify customer needs and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM and personalization, and use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Stay informed of customer feedback and use it to inform product roadmap prioritization and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities in support of the CRM and personalization strategy.
- Stay current on CRM technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and features into the product roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and best practices in all CRM and personalization initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer-centric solutions and personalization strategies within the organization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Represent Fossil Group at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed of industry developments.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Crm And Personalization Space
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management Principles And Strategies
Experience With Implementing And Managing Crm And Personalization Tools, Such As Salesforce Or Adobe Experience Cloud
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Optimize Customer Experiences.
