1. Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and on-trend handbag and SLG designs that align with the brand's aesthetic.
2. Conduct market research to stay informed on current trends, materials, and construction techniques.
3. Assist in creating detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for new designs.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, merchandising, and sourcing to ensure timely and accurate development of new products.
5. Participate in product fittings and provide feedback on design, fit, and functionality.
6. Help maintain design files and archives, including sample tracking and organization.
7. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
8. Work with the design team to ensure timely and accurate completion of product development milestones.
9. Attend industry trade shows and events to gain inspiration and understand market trends.
10. Contribute to the overall success of the design team by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
