  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that aligns with company values and strategic objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and market benchmarks to ensure the company's total rewards program remains competitive.
  3. Collaborate with HR team and business leaders to understand their needs and goals, and provide expert guidance and recommendations on total rewards strategies.
  4. Design and manage salary structures, bonus plans, and other compensation programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  5. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the total rewards program, and make adjustments as needed to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR team and business leaders on all total rewards matters.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the company is receiving the best value and services for its total rewards programs.
  9. Develop communication strategies to educate and inform employees about the company's total rewards offerings.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact the company's total rewards program.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to compensation and benefits.
  13. Monitor and manage the total rewards budget.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to total rewards as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards, Compensation, Or Benefits.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Erisa, Flsa, And Hipaa.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Total Rewards Programs, Including Base Pay, Incentives, And Benefits.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
