  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for Fortive.
  2. Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of top talent.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
  8. Conduct reference and background checks to verify candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  12. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create onboarding plans for new hires.
  13. Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  14. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Fortive as an employer of choice.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Global Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
