
Retention Sales Manager
Our Customer Retention Sales Manager will develop leading edge strategies to expand our reach, impact, and quality of customer engagements and overall site experience. Develops a deep understanding of customers and identifies opportunities to optimize the customer experience at critical milestones along their journey. Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team using kaizens, root cause and problem solving. Utilizes FBS tools and processes to differentiate and excel in growth. As a strategic partner with SSO operations and sales leadership (both SSO and Americas hardware sales teams), provides actionable insight that drives strategic enhancements the overall customer experience. Tracks and reports key functional metrics to focus activities where improvement is needed most. Conducts business review meetings with SSO Leadership and key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify improvement opportunities. Drive vision & operational management of sales contract renewal forecasting/planning.
5+ years of experience directly managing a business reliant on contract renewals and revenue retention
Demonstrated experience in problem solving using lean and/or six-sigma related tools
Ability to effectively lead change in an environment of continuous improvement
Demonstrated experience in developing compelling value propositions directly attributable to contract renewals
