- Collaborate with various business units within Fortive to identify innovation opportunities and drive growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive thinking within the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay informed on emerging technologies and trends.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate new ideas and solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Technology
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Innovative Environment
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving And Implementing Innovation Projects Or Initiatives
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In Relevant Industries
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
