- Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect spend categories to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure procurement activities align with company goals.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, including contract negotiations and ongoing supplier evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in procurement practices to continuously improve the procurement function.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to support business initiatives and drive company growth.
- Mentor and train junior procurement team members to develop their skills and contribute to the success of the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Indirect Procurement, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Procurement Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Coupa, Or Ariba.
