Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc, Fmla, And Ada.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
