  1. Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of Fortive's facilities, including safety, efficiency, and functionality.
  2. Utilize your architectural expertise to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing building operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for facility assessments.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present findings and recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Create detailed reports and documentation of facility assessments, including visual aids and diagrams.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building design and technology.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple facility assessment projects simultaneously.
  9. Proactively identify potential risks or issues within facilities and provide solutions.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for architectural best practices within the organization.
  11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all assessments and recommendations.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline facility assessment processes.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Represent Fortive in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Architecture Is Essential For A Facilities Assessment Consultant - Architectural Role At Fortive. This Ensures A Thorough Understanding Of Building Design Principles, Codes, And Regulations.

  • Previous Experience In Facilities Assessment: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting Facility Assessments, Preferably In A Consulting Or Architectural Firm. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Evaluate Building Systems And Identify Potential Issues.
