- Develop and implement enterprise applications strategy in line with Fortive's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify their needs and requirements for enterprise applications.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new enterprise applications as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of existing applications and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all enterprise applications and data.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for all enterprise applications.
- Train and support employees on how to effectively use enterprise applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise applications to inform future strategies.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure successful implementation and integration of enterprise applications.
- Regularly report on the performance and effectiveness of enterprise applications to senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the enterprise applications team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Enterprise Applications, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Application Development, Implementation, And Maintenance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
