  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
  2. Lead the company's sustainability efforts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive positive impact for the planet and local communities.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve the company's sustainability programs.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, and industry peers, to stay informed and collaborate on sustainability initiatives.
  5. Create and manage sustainability goals and metrics to track and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain, product development, and business processes.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution practices.
  8. Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability, including climate change, resource scarcity, and social responsibility.
  9. Communicate the company's sustainability efforts and progress to various audiences, including employees, customers, investors, and the public.
  10. Develop and manage the sustainability budget and ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable sustainability team.
  12. Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences, promoting the company's sustainability efforts and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Sustainability, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Or Environmental Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Sustainability Strategies And Initiatives Within A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
