Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
