  1. Develop and execute visually appealing displays that showcase our brand image and merchandise in an enticing manner.
  2. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and other team members to plan and implement effective merchandising plans.
  4. Ensure that all visual elements, including signage, fixtures, and displays, are in line with company standards and guidelines.
  5. Use creativity and innovation to constantly refresh and update store displays to keep customers engaged.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising space, including the proper storage and handling of merchandise.
  7. Regularly evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency throughout the store.
  9. Communicate regularly with the corporate visual merchandising team to stay informed of any new initiatives or updates.
  10. Attend and participate in visual merchandising training sessions and workshops to continue developing skills and knowledge in the field.
