- Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise, ensuring it is displayed in a timely and visually appealing manner.
- Conduct regular store walk-throughs to identify any areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product knowledge is accurately represented in displays.
- Brainstorm and implement new visual concepts and ideas to attract and engage customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and supply rooms.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any visual-related inquiries or requests.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while performing visual merchandising duties.
Experience In Retail And Visual Merchandising: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In Visual Merchandising. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Layout, Customer Behavior, And Product Presentation.
