Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Footwear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.
