As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready to serve our customers.   1. Maintain and organize inventory levels in the store, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  2. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing products.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to identify any low or out-of-stock items and promptly communicate with management.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restocking and replenishment of products on the sales floor.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized stock room, adhering to safety and company standards.
  6. Assist with setting up displays and arranging products in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
  7. Communicate effectively with management and sales associates to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of merchandise.
  8. Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and making product recommendations.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines, to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  10. Proactively identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes in stock management.
  12. Keep up-to-date with new product releases and promotions to ensure accurate and timely replenishment of popular items.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers.
  14. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
