Job Description

Foot Locker is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and organized.   1. Maintain inventory levels: The Stock Associate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory levels of all products, including sneakers, in the store.
  2. Replenish stock: The Stock Associate will regularly check the shelves and stockrooms to ensure that all products are fully stocked and available for customers to purchase.
  3. Organize stock: Using a systematic approach, the Stock Associate will arrange products in a neat and orderly manner to maximize space and make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for.
  4. Receive and process shipments: The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing all incoming shipments of new products, ensuring that they are accurately logged and placed in the correct location.
  5. Maintain store standards: The Stock Associate will play an essential role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including the stockroom and storage areas.
  6. Assist with visual merchandising: The Stock Associate will work closely with the visual merchandising team to help set up displays and maintain the store's visual standards.
  7. Support sales team: The Stock Associate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the products they need to assist customers and make sales.
  8. Monitor product trends: The Stock Associate will keep track of popular products and trends in the sneaker industry to ensure that the store is always stocked with the latest and most in-demand items.
  9. Follow safety procedures: The Stock Associate will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of products, to ensure the safety of themselves, their colleagues, and customers.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service: The Stock Associate will be knowledgeable about the products in the store and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with finding the products they are looking for.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Stock Associate At Foot Locker Should Have A Good Understanding Of How A Retail Store Operates, Including Inventory Management, Product Placement, And Customer Service.
