- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately and efficiently stocked on the sales floor.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of stock room and sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in setting up displays and restocking merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding products.
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and trends.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective stock management.
- Use inventory management systems to track and locate merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with floor moves and store layout changes.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding stock levels and merchandise needs.

Strong Organizational Skills: A Stock Associate At Foot Locker Must Have The Ability To Keep Track Of Inventory Levels, Restock Shelves, And Maintain A Neat And Organized Stock Room.
Knowledge Of Footwear And Apparel: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Shoes And Clothing, As Well As The Ability To Identify Popular Styles And Trends.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes And Standing For Long Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Must Be Detail-Oriented To Ensure That The Correct Sizes, Styles, And Quantities Of Products Are Stocked And Displayed Accurately.
