  1. Organize and maintain inventory levels of footwear and apparel products in the store.
  2. Receive and process shipments, ensuring accuracy of orders and proper storage of products.
  3. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure all products are displayed and replenished in a timely manner.
  4. Assist in visual merchandising and creating appealing displays to attract customers.
  5. Keep track of product trends and inform management of any popular or high-demand items.
  6. Ensure all products are tagged and priced accurately.
  7. Monitor and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory to management.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items.
  10. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment.
  12. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and job skills.
  13. Stay up-to-date with new product releases and promotions.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
