- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve their best performance and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Ensure smooth store operations by effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and organized store environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the sneaker industry to provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
- Act as a role model for team members by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of retail operations and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Footwear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Knowledge Of Footwear Products And Brands, As Well As A Passion For The Latest Trends In The Industry.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
