  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with partners to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness for Foot Locker
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, digital, and social media to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and track the performance of partner marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment for partner marketing activities
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in partner marketing to continuously improve and innovate our approach
  • Represent Foot Locker at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Foot Locker and maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions with partners and external stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Must Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Marketing Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Within The Organization.

  • Extensive Marketing Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Partnership Marketing And Brand Collaborations. Experience In The Retail Industry Is Also Preferred.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Must Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Marketing Plans That Align With Foot Locker's Overall Business Objectives And Brand Positioning.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Negotiate And Manage Partnerships With External Brands And Vendors. The Senior Manager Must Also Have The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
