- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, digital, and social media to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing initiatives
- Monitor and track the performance of partner marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results

Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Must Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Marketing Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Within The Organization.
Extensive Marketing Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Partnership Marketing And Brand Collaborations. Experience In The Retail Industry Is Also Preferred.
