- Lead and manage the IT internal audit function within Foot Locker, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement IT audit plans, including risk assessment, testing strategies, and reporting of findings.
- Oversee a team of IT auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure timely completion of IT audits and follow-up on any identified issues or recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the IT internal audit function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and the Audit Committee on the status and results of IT audits.
- Partner with external auditors to provide support and information as needed.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the IT internal audit team.
