Job Description

Welcome to Foot Locker, a leading global retailer of athletic footwear and apparel. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations practices and policies within our supply chain operations. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for our employees. We are looking for a highly skilled leader with a passion for employee relations and a strong understanding of supply chain operations.   • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures for the supply chain team in alignment with company values and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to supply chain managers and team members on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Operations, to ensure consistency and alignment of employee relations practices across the company
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Train and educate managers on best practices for employee relations, including diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and fairness among all employees
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to ensure a high level of trust and engagement within the supply chain team
  • Mentor and develop junior HR team members, providing guidance and support in employee relations matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Employee Relations In The Supply Chain Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues, Including But Not Limited To Disciplinary Actions, Investigations, And Grievances.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Leadership And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Employee Relations Professionals Within The Supply Chain Function.
