  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive customer analytics and insights strategy for Foot Locker.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop actionable insights.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  5. Lead and manage a team of analysts to deliver timely and accurate data-driven insights.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of customer insights.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and insights.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the customer analytics process.
  10. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all customer data sources.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather and integrate data from multiple sources.
  12. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the customer analytics and insights strategy.
  13. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  14. Keep abreast of changes in customer behavior and provide insights on how to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Analytics And Insights, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Statistical Methods, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Using Customer Data To Drive Business Strategies And Initiatives, Resulting In Measurable Improvements In Customer Acquisition, Retention, And Loyalty.

  • Experience With Leading And Managing A Team Of Analysts, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
