  1. Lead and oversee the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  4. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial initiatives and projects.
  7. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  8. Identify and mitigate financial risks and maintain financial stability.
  9. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and retail.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and financial institutions.
  13. Communicate financial information and updates to various stakeholders.
  14. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the development and execution of long-term financial plans and strategies.
  16. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  17. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  18. Handle ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Senior Executives And Stakeholders.
