- Conduct regular investigations of suspicious activities and incidents, and provide detailed reports of findings
- Collaborate with other members of the security team to implement strategies and protocols for preventing losses and mitigating risks
- Utilize various tools and technologies to monitor and track security events and provide real-time response to potential threats
- Maintain and update security systems and protocols to ensure the most up-to-date and effective protection for company assets
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide timely and accurate updates on security incidents and risks
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in security operations and loss prevention to continuously improve company security measures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance security operations and minimize risk exposure
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on security protocols and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and provide support in crisis management and incident response.
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention: A Security Operations Center Analyst At Foot Locker Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies. This Includes Knowledge Of Surveillance Systems, Inventory Management, And Risk Assessment.
Experience With Security Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Security Systems, Such As Cctv, Access Control, And Intrusion Detection Systems. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Maintain These Systems Effectively.
