  1. Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance.
  2. Act as a role model and mentor for sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue and meet sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make adjustments to optimize sales performance.
  5. Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of company policies and products.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest sneaker trends, styles, and brands to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions, and ensure team members are informed and adhering to them.
  11. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for achieving store goals and objectives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its values to customers and the community.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and share knowledge and skills with the team.
