  3. Exceed customer expectations by providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  4. Utilize strong sales background to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and team members.
  11. Assist in the training and development of new sales associates.
