  1. Drive Sales: The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales by utilizing their exceptional sales skills and knowledge of the products to increase revenue for the store.
  2. Provide Customer Service: The Sales Lead will be expected to provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
  3. Lead the Sales Team: The Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the sales team by setting sales targets, motivating team members, and providing guidance and support when needed.
  4. Product Knowledge: The Sales Lead will be expected to have a deep understanding of the products sold in the store, including the latest trends, features, and benefits, in order to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  5. Visual Merchandising: The Sales Lead will play a key role in maintaining the visual appearance of the store by ensuring products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  6. Training and Development: The Sales Lead will be responsible for training new sales associates and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their sales skills.
  7. Inventory Management: The Sales Lead will assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-selling items, and placing orders when necessary.
  8. Achieve Sales Targets: The Sales Lead will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the store manager and working towards achieving store goals.
  9. Team Collaboration: The Sales Lead will work closely with the store manager and other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment, and to brainstorm new ideas to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Uphold Company Standards: The Sales Lead will be expected to uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following all cash handling and security protocols.
