1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear and apparel based on their needs and preferences.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of current athletic and fashion trends, including knowledge of top brands sold in the store.
5. Engage with customers in a positive and enthusiastic manner, building rapport and establishing a loyal customer base.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
7. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store manager.
8. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a smooth and successful operation of the store.
9. Continuously educate yourself on new products and promotions to provide exceptional customer service.
10. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, as well as loss prevention guidelines.
11. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Foot Locker brand.
12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
13. Take initiative to suggest and implement new ideas and strategies to improve the overall customer experience and sales.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
