  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of the latest sneakers and trends to help customers find the perfect product.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor presentable.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  5. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuously strive to improve your sales skills and knowledge of products to increase overall performance.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and inventory management.
  11. Assist with inventory management by accurately receiving and processing merchandise shipments.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Attend and actively participate in training and store meetings.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
