  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes or athletic apparel by understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to promote and sell products.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest sneaker and athletic apparel trends and product knowledge.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage return visits.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  13. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  14. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
