11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and store cleanliness standards.
12. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
13. Proactively seek out and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
14. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the Foot Locker brand.
15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
