As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to help our customers find the perfect pair of sneakers that not only look great, but also provide the comfort and support they need.   1. Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' needs.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of different shoe styles and brands.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current trends and styles in the sneaker industry to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  7. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  8. Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a sufficient inventory.
  9. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety protocols.
  13. Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the company and its products.
  14. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  15. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sales Associate At Foot Locker Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Customers And Understand Their Needs. They Should Also Have The Ability To Build Rapport And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Sales Experience: Candidates Must Have Prior Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes The Ability To Meet Sales Targets, Upsell And Cross-Sell Products, And Close Deals Efficiently.

  • Team Player: Foot Locker Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, And The Ability To Work Well With A Team Is Crucial. A Sales Associate Must Be Able To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Other Team Members To Ensure A Smooth And Successful Shopping Experience For Customers.
