  1. Develop and implement effective product assortment strategies for all Foot Locker stores.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences in the retail industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, merchandising, and marketing, to create and execute product plans.
  4. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
  5. Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product assortment.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make strategic recommendations for product assortment and pricing.
  8. Work closely with store managers to ensure proper training and understanding of product offerings.
  9. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  10. Provide regular reports to upper management on product performance and sales trends.
  11. Oversee product lifecycle, from initial planning to clearance, to ensure maximum profitability.
  12. Lead and manage a team of product associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the product department.
  13. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer behavior.
  14. Represent Foot Locker at industry events and trade shows to stay updated on emerging trends and products.
  15. Uphold and promote the Foot Locker brand and values through all product-related decisions and actions.
