  1. Oversee and manage the order planning process for Foot Locker stores.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demand.
  3. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order planning process.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  5. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize impact on product availability.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, logistics, and sales to align on product demand and inventory levels.
  7. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize product availability and minimize excess inventory.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices for order planning and inventory management.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management to identify opportunities for improvement.
  11. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Act as a key contributor to the overall success of the company by driving efficiency and minimizing costs.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of expectations and timelines.
  14. Create and maintain documentation and reports to track progress and provide insights to leadership.
  15. Adhere to company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Or Logistics In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Inventory Management Strategies To Optimize Product Availability And Minimize Costs.
