  1. Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  2. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  4. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Continuously assess and improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Create and maintain schedules for staff, taking into account business needs and employee availability.
  10. Manage and track store expenses, including labor and supplies, to stay within budget.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Participate in recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or A Related Field.
