
Operations Supervisor

- Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Train and supervise a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all products are available for customers.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage and maintain store equipment, including cash registers and inventory management systems.
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed and organized according to company standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for improving store processes and procedures.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Assist with hiring and training new employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Footwear Or Athletic Apparel Store.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Management In A Professional And Positive Manner.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Merchandising Techniques, Including Experience With Stock Replenishment, Visual Merchandising, And Product Placement.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, To Ensure Proper Coverage And Meet The Needs Of The Business.
