7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Manage and maintain store equipment, including cash registers and inventory management systems.
9. Ensure that all merchandise is displayed and organized according to company standards.
10. Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
11. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
12. Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for improving store processes and procedures.
13. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.
14. Assist with hiring and training new employees as needed.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
