  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Foot Locker store.
  2. Ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively, meeting established goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking merchandise.
  5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environment.
  6. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage cash handling and banking procedures, including preparing deposits and reconciling registers.
  9. Collaborate with other store supervisors and managers to meet overall company goals and objectives.
  10. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance and progress.
  13. Monitor and track store sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  14. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve store operations, efficiency, and customer experience.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Role, Is Highly Desirable For An Operations Supervisor. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage Store Operations And Lead A Team.
