  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Foot Locker store.
  2. Ensure that all store operations are efficient, effective, and in line with company standards.
  3. Monitor and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for store staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
  7. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  9. Identify and resolve any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations for improving store operations.
  11. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  12. Assist with the hiring and training of new store employees.
  13. Oversee store maintenance and ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  14. Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve store processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
