- Monitor and maintain store appearance to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that reflects the brand image.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency, and provide suggestions for cost-saving measures.
- Serve as a role model for the team, displaying a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
