1. Receive and process incoming shipments of athletic footwear and apparel according to company standards and procedures.
2. Inspect and verify accuracy of received merchandise, ensuring that it matches the purchase order and is free of damages.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking and packing items according to customer orders.
5. Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled and packaged for safe delivery.
6. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders and meet shipping deadlines.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the receiving and storage areas.
8. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing storage racks and shelves.
9. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling inventory and shipments.
11. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as restocking shelves and assisting customers.
12. Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions to accurately assist customers with inquiries.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and vendors.
14. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code and attendance requirements.
