  1. Organize and maintain inventory: Responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure that the correct products are readily available for customers.
  2. Receive and process shipments: Handle incoming shipments of merchandise, verify contents against purchase orders, and enter data into inventory systems.
  3. Stock and restock merchandise: Responsible for stocking shelves and racks with merchandise in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times.
  4. Monitor inventory levels: Continuously monitor inventory levels to identify low stock and communicate with management to ensure timely replenishment.
  5. Prepare merchandise for display: Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers.
  6. Operate equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move merchandise safely and efficiently.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and safety: Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of inventory.
  9. Communicate with management: Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damages, or other issues to management in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to company standards: Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a high level of quality and customer service.
  11. Meet productivity goals: Meet individual and team productivity goals to ensure that inventory is processed and distributed efficiently.
  12. Provide excellent customer service: Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide helpful and friendly service to enhance their shopping experience.
  13. Participate in inventory audits: Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  14. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Uphold company values: Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, upholding company values and promoting a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Material Handling Role.

  • Ability To Operate Material Handling Equipment, Such As Forklifts Or Pallet Jacks.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds.
