- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with key partners to drive brand growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of partner marketing campaigns, including budget management, timeline tracking, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new partnership opportunities and make recommendations for partnership strategies.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and results of partner marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings and events with partners, maintaining a professional and positive image of the brand.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure consistency and synergy between partner marketing initiatives and overall brand messaging.
- Ensure all partner marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Develop and manage partner marketing budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Continuously identify and implement new and innovative partnership strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Partner Marketing, Ideally In The Retail Or Athletic Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies And Partnerships.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
