  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with key partners to drive brand growth and increase revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
  3. Oversee all aspects of partner marketing campaigns, including budget management, timeline tracking, and performance analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new partnership opportunities and make recommendations for partnership strategies.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate partner marketing campaigns to optimize performance and ensure goals are met.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
  9. Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and results of partner marketing initiatives.
  11. Represent the company in meetings and events with partners, maintaining a professional and positive image of the brand.
  12. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure consistency and synergy between partner marketing initiatives and overall brand messaging.
  13. Ensure all partner marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  14. Develop and manage partner marketing budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to senior management.
  15. Continuously identify and implement new and innovative partnership strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Partner Marketing, Ideally In The Retail Or Athletic Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies And Partnerships.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
