- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's financial growth and success.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency in the finance department.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive transformational projects and initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and strategy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
- Communicate and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In Finance Or Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Experience In Leading And Executing Transformational Initiatives, Such As Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
