As the Manager of Digital Testing, you will lead a team in optimizing our website and mobile app through testing and analysis, ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital testing strategy for our eCommerce division.
  2. Lead a team of testers and analysts in conducting A/B and multivariate testing on our website and mobile app.
  3. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and drive conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement testing plans and optimize digital experiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital testing and eCommerce to continuously improve our strategies.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, results, and recommendations.
  8. Train and mentor team members on testing methodologies and tools.
  9. Work closely with the Manager of eCommerce to align testing efforts with overall digital strategy and business goals.
  10. Monitor and track website and app performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to senior management.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise in digital testing.
  12. Ensure that all digital testing efforts are aligned with brand guidelines and standards.
  13. Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve testing goals and objectives.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and insights on testing initiatives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Industry: A Manager Of Digital Testing At Foot Locker Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ecommerce Industry, Including Current Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Developing Effective Testing Strategies And Optimizing The Company's Online Presence.

  • Experience In Digital Testing And Optimization: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Testing And Optimization, Preferably In The Ecommerce Sector. They Should Be Well-Versed In A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, And Other Testing Methodologies, And Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Improvements In Website Performance And Conversion Rates.

The Manager Of Digital Testing Should Be Able To Collect And Analyze Data From Various Sources, Draw Actionable Insights, And Use Them To Guide Testing And Optimization Efforts.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Manager Of Digital Testing, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Testing Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
